Condolence: My mom, Diane [Davieau] Toro has known Lorraine since she was a 9 year old girl and Lorraine, 28. They were next door neighbors and life-long friends. Lorraine was a special lady and left a lasting impression on the people she met and befriended. We will never forget her. She was a blessing on earth and will continue to be a blessing, encircled by her loved ones who are waiting for her on the other side.
