SCAGLIONE, Peter T. of Medford, formerly of Cambridge, died on Sept. 18, 2014. He was 92 years old. Beloved husband of 70 years to Pauline R. (Pollock). Loving father of Virginia M. Samalis and her late husband Thomas of Wakefield, Paul Scaglione and his wife Maria of Andover, Linda Minchello and her husband James of Lynnfield, the late Peter “Tom” and John Scaglione. Brother of Silvio Scaglione and his wife Dina of Revere. Grandfather of eleven, and great grandfather of 8. Retired printer for over 30 years at MIT. Late WW II Navy, USS Bowfin and Korean War Air Force Veteran. Funeral from the Keefe Funeral Home, 2175 Mass Ave., NORTH CAMBRIDGE on Tuesday at 9 am. Funeral Mass in Saint John’s Church, Cambridge at 10 am. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Monday 5-8 pm. Burial is Private. In lieu of flowers donations in Peter’s memory may be made to Hallmark Health VNA & Hospice, 178 Savin Street, Suite 300, Malden, MA 02148, or the Aberjona Nursing Center, 184 Swanton St, Winchester, MA 01890.
