Condolence: What a unique and special man we were fortunate to have known and to call a friend. People were drawn to Mike; we huddled around to listen to his perspective, predictions and great stories. He would often sit quietly in a meeting, sometimes seeming to not pay attention - but all the while taking in everything. Then, as the back and forth chatter slowed, he would succinctly and directly get to the heart of the matter, often with clever analogies and quips all uttered with wry humor and the wisdom acquired through his lifetime of public service. We loved hearing his “Mike Ralph-isms” and would joke about compiling them into a book. With most sincere condolences to Sally, David, and Mike’s legion of friends; we will miss his impish smile and his humanity.
