Lavalle, John S. “Jack” of Medford, November 21, 2014. Beloved husband of Maura (McHugh) Loving father of Nuala Crehan of Reading and Donna Rockwell and her husband Tom of Sandwich. Devoted grandfather of Brendan, Maeve, and Sean Crehan and Emmett, Shea, and Henry Rockwell. Brother of the late Frank and Paul Lavalle. Also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, and nephews. Relatives and friends invited to visiting hours in Saint Raphael’s Church, 512 High St., Medford on Tuesday 4-8 pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday in church at 10 am. Burial in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Arlington. Late Viet Nam Army veteran. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Arlington Catholic High School or Saint Raphael’s Church.
