Condolence: My condolences to Jenny and other family members and close friends. I always remember Kit as a learned man who also enjoyed life and as an adult retained his boyish charm and a twinkle in his eye.

Condolence: Kit Reed was a marvelous man, and I'm happy to have known him. He was my second cousin-his paternal grandfather and my paternal grandmother were siblings-and I met him four decades at his Harvard Magazine office. He was gracious and kind, as was his dear wife Jane. I'm so sorry to learn that he has died.
