BARTON, Mary E. (Fonzi), of Arlington, passed peacefully at the age of 93 on August 13, 2016, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Wallace F. Barton. Loving mother of Ruth J. Begley and her late husband Thomas J. of Arlington, and William C. Barton and his wife Beverly A. of Carlisle. Devoted grandmother of Carolyn E. Blair, Thomas M. Begley, Luke A. Begley, Joanna K. Anderson, Christopher W. Barton, and Robert B. Barton. Cherished great grandmother of twelve. Dear sister of Mary Anne Griffin of Gardner, and predeceased by five other siblings. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and great nieces, and great nephews. Mary proudly worked as a Bookkeeper until the age of 86. Relatives and friends invited to attend visiting hours at the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut St., (Rt.60, adjacent to St. Agnes Church) ARLINGTON on Tuesday from 9am – 10:30am, followed by her Funeral Mass in St. Eulalia Church, 50 Ridge Street, Winchester at 11am. Burial in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Arlington. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary’s memory to Catholic Television Center, 34 Chestnut St., P.O.
