Joseph  Marcinkewich
Marcinkewich, Joseph of Medford, formerly of Cambridge passed away on March 9, 2017. Beloved husband of Maureen (O’Meara) Marcinkewich. Loving father of Jennifer Pierson and her husband Robert of Melrose. Loving Grandfather of Ava and Andrew Pierson of Melrose. Son of the late John Marcinkewich and Iona Mercier. Brother of William of Somerville, John of Florida, Robert of Tewksbury and Walter of Tewksbury and Florida. Also survived by many loving family members. Visiting Hours will be held from the Keefe Funeral Home, 2175 Mass Ave, NORTH CAMBRIDGE on Sunday March 19 from 2-6 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday March 20 at 10 am in Saint Mary's Church, 134 Norfolk Street, Cambridge. Relatives and friends are invited. Burial will take place with Military Honors at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Joe was a retired US Postal worker and United States Air Force Veteran who served in Vietnam. He was a member of the Winthrop Elks and an active member of the Dilboy VFW Post # 529 in Somerville.
