Of Arlington. April 6, 2017. Born in East Boston to the late Francesco Botte and Rachael (Barbieri). Beloved husband of 63 years to the late Ghislaine M. (Lefebvre). Loving father of Jacqueline Massaro and her husband Sid of Billerica, Margaret Frazier and her husband John of Tyngsboro, Ann-Marie Hislop and her husband Tim of Tyngsboro, and Francis Andrew Botte and his wife Gina of Framingham. Devoted grandfather of Michael, David, Deanna, Lisa, and Mark, Jennifer, Christina, and John, Timothy, Gina, Jacqueline, and Matthew, and Francis, Gianna, Alexis, and Katelyn. Cherished great grandfather of fourteen. He is predeceased by his granddaughter Jacqueline and his nine brothers and sisters. Also survived by many dear nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Late WWII Army Veteran. Funeral from the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut St., (Rt.60, adjacent to St. Agnes Church) ARLINGTON on Monday at 9 am. Funeral Mass in St. Agnes' Church, at 10 am. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Sunday 2-5 pm. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Francis’ memory to the Mass General Hospital, Brain Tumor Research Fund, Development Office, 125 Nashua Street, Suite 540, Boston MA, 02114.
