AHERN, Paul G. Of Cambridge. Passed away surrounded by his loving family on May 20, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Evelyn (Sullivan). Loving father of Michael Ahern and wife Christina of Arlington, Susan Wiercinski and husband Robert of Lincoln, Carolyn Doyle and husband Thomas of Winchester, Stephen Ahern and husband Marc Sannizzaro of Winchester, Mark Ahern and wife Polly of Lynnfield, Mary Ann Keane and husband Kent Fey of Coco Beach, FL, and Thomas Ahern and wife Jeanne of Arlington. Devoted grandfather of Christopher, Matthew, Daniel, Jillian, Adam, Katherine, Meghan, Patrick, Erin, Ryan, Haley, and Nicholas. Brother of the late George Ahern. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Paul was a WW II Navy veteran. Funeral from the Keefe Funeral Home, 2175 Mass Ave., NORTH CAMBRIDGE on Saturday at 9 am. Funeral Mass in Saint Peter’s Church, 100 Concord Ave, Cambridge at 10 am. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 pm. Burial in Mount Auburn Cemetery.
