Geraldine “Geri” N. Hamlin, 90, of Cambridge born in Salem, MA to the late John and Mamie Thomas, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2022. Geri was a highly educated woman having received a BS in Personnel and Industrial Relations and an MA in Journalism from Northeastern University. She retired from the Social Security Administration, after 30 years as the Civil Rights and Equal Opportunity Manager. Geri was involved in many ventures and truly left her mark on the world. She loved all people and dedicated her life to improving the lives of children and people of color. Interment will be private.
