O’Brien, Janice S., of Arlington, formerly of Lexington on April 7, 2023. Beloved daughter of Anne (Gaspar) O’Brien of Woburn, and the late Edward J. O’Brien, Jr. Devoted sister of Edward J. O’Brien, and his wife Katie, of Belmont, Noreen O’Brien, and her husband Christian Abeele, of Acton, Anne O’Brien, and her husband, Gregg Szafran, of Somerville. Janice adored her nieces, Margot, Julia and Jacqueline and her nephew, Brendan. Further survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and other family members.

Janice graduated Magna Cum Laude from Woburn High School in 1999. She loved animals and attended Fordham University where she studied veterinarian medicine for 2 years. Janice loved music, going dancing, and having fun. Janice loved being with her family and friends. Her quick wit and great sense humor will be missed.

Funeral from the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut St., Arlington, Friday, April 14th at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Barbara Church, 138 Cambridge Rd., Woburn at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours at the funeral home Thursday 4 - 7 PM. Services will conclude with burial in Westview Cemetery, Lexington.
