Born on July 29th 1935 to Ralph A. Capen and Gladys M. Fourier ( Capen ). They live in Pinehurst ( Billerica ) Ma. Her brothers and sisters are (oldest - youngest) Elizabeth Sanborn (Capen), James H. Capen, Jacquelyn C. Bachelder( Allen)(Capen), and Joseph R. Capen. She was married to the love of her life Roland P. Ostler ( Rollie) on March 3, 1956. Their only child Delmar J. Ostler was born on March 4, 1957. (who passed 12/22/2020)
was the mother to their 3 grandchildren. (oldest-youngest) Janis Aston, Nicholas A. Weir, and Patrick T. Weir. Jeanne was also blessed with 4 great grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews. Jeanne was a very strong willed and independent women who loved her family above all else. Especially her grand babies. Jeanne is predeceased by her late husband Rollie, her daughter Delmar and her grandson Nicholas. She is survived by her Grandchildren Janis Aston, Patrick T Weir and Teresa Weir( Nicholas' Wife), and her great grandchildren. Jeanne will be greatly loved and missed by anyone and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.
