LODATO, Joseph, of Somerville, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2022, at the age of 68. Born in Cambridge to the late Giovanni Lodato and Agnes (Longo). Beloved father of Marie DellaGrotte and her husband Mark of Woburn, Cathi Ann Lodato and Nejat Shaker of Medford, John Lodato and his wife Eleni of Winchester, and Francesca Santiago and her husband Marcos of Medford. Proud ‘Nonno’ of Dante and Giovanna, Rocco and Dario, Alexa and Giulia, Gianmarco and Mariano, and the late Rosaria Lodato. Dear brother of Augustine Lodato and Rosa of Woburn, and Francesca Tramontozzi and her husband Gerard of Somerville. Longtime companion of Valerie Harlow of Arlington. Joseph is also survived by Rosalia Lodato (Fodera) and many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 7th from the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut Street, ARLINGTON from 4-7PM. A Prayer Service will follow in the Funeral Home at 7PM.
