O’NEILL, Karen A. “Kate” (Mullane), of Marshfield, and Pompano Beach, FL, formerly of Cambridge. Passed peacefully at her home on June 23, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Cambridge on March 5, 1952 to the late Christopher Mullane and Mary (Alicandro). Beloved wife of over 47 years to Robert B. O’Neill, Jr. Loving mother of William O’Neill and Robert O’Neill and his wife Sonya. Cherished grandmother of Owen, Sarina, and Aidan. Dear sister of Christopher Mullane, Maureen Walsh, and Susan Baldasaro. Retired from Plymouth County Sherriff’s Department. Kate was an avid quilter and gardener. She loved spending time with Bob at Pompano Beach. Visiting Hours will be held on Thursday, June 29th, in Saint John's Church, 2254 Mass Ave in North Cambridge from 9:30am-11am. Followed by her funeral mass in church at 11am. Her burial will be Private.
