Obituary for Michael F. Burke, Jr.
BURKE, Michael F., Jr., Lifelong resident of Cambridge, passed peacefully on October 31, 2022. Beloved father of Shawn Burke and his wife Laura of Maynard. Proud ‘Pop-pop’ of Jonathan, Adam, Isabella, and Maya. Dear brother of Patricia Burke and Charles Burke, and the late Frank Burke and John Burke. Michael is also survived by Sandra Harrington, and many loving relatives and friends. Late Air Force Veteran.
A Visitation will be held at St. John’s Church, 2254 Mass Ave, NORTH CAMBRIDGE, on Tuesday, November 8th from 9:30 AM to 11 AM. His Funeral Mass will immediately follow at 11 AM. Burial and Military Honors will conclude in Cambridge Cemetery. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions are to be made in Michael’s memory to Mission Church, 1545 Tremont St., Boston, MA 02120.
