Obituary for Patricia A. Maloney (Magee)
Maloney, Patricia Ann (Magee), of North Cambridge, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.
Pat was the loving mother of Paul Maloney and his wife Lynne of Amherst, NH, Colleen Levesque and her husband John of Melrose, William Maloney and his wife Valerie of Sterling, Kathleen Murphy and her partner Dennis Horne of Cambridge and Erin Ciccone of Pembroke. “Mammy” was the proud grandmother of Kaitlyn and Elizabeth Maloney, Bonnie and Brendan Murphy, Jaclyn Ciccone (Levesque), Nicholas and Morgan Levesque, Dylan and Jack Ciccone, and Teagan and Lillian Maloney. Great grandmother of Derek and Kyle Ciccone.
Pat loved St. John’s Church and was a very active member of the church community. She enjoyed knitting all year in preparation of the annual Christmas bazaar.
Our mom was a kind, caring and giving person who always put the needs of her family before her own. She was a strong woman who faced every challenge in her life with courage and dignity. Mom was a source of inspiration to us all and she will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched.
Visiting hours will be held at Keefe Funeral Home, 2175 Massachusetts Avenue, North Cambridge on Monday, August 21, 2023 from 4pm – 7pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated in St. John the Evangelist Church, 2254 Massachusetts Avenue, North Cambridge, MA 02140, Tuesday, August 22 at 11:00 AM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
