WHITE, Phyllis A. (Tierney) of Arlington, passed peacefully on September 28, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Joseph E. White. Loving mother of Phyllis Small and her husband Stephen of Westwood, Donna Nowlan and her husband Michael of Arlington, and Andrea Kelley and her husband Edward of Arlington. Devoted grandmother of Allison Jumper and her husband Cullen, Kristin Small and her husband Jon Holz, Stephen Small, Matthew Nowlan and his partner Kelli Balonis, Michelle Nowlan and her partner Sean Fennessy, Sean Kelley, and Andrew Kelley. Great grandmother of Conall, Brendan, and Aine Jumper, Aurora Kelley, Rosemary Phyllis and Pearl Holz. Dear sister of the late Ruth Burke and James Tierney. Daughter of the late James Tierney and Mary (O’Rourke). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The White family would like to thank the caring staff at Carlton Willard Village in Bedford. Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, October 1st from 10 to 11 AM at the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut St., Arlington, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:30 AM at St. Agnes Church, 51 Medford St. Arlington. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Masks are recommended. Burial in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Arlington.
