LUTHER, Robert F. “Bob”, a lifelong resident of Somerville, June 22, 2023, at the age of 85. Beloved husband for over 60 years to Magdalena E. ‘Maria’ (DeGelder) of Somerville. Loving brother of Paul V. Luther of Somerville, and Elaine M. More of Somerville. Proud uncle of John More of New Bedford, and great uncle of Chris More and his wife Sarah of Boston. He is also survived by his devoted dog Cindy. Bob was a longtime employee for the USPS. Late Vietnam Era Army Veteran, Bronze Star recipient. Visiting Hours will be held on Wednesday, June 28th, in Saint John's Church, 2254 Mass Ave in North Cambridge from 9:30am-11am. Followed by his funeral mass in church at 11am. His burial will be held in Mount Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge.
