Starr, Rolland C. of Arlington, passed away on February 7, 2020 at the age of 94. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Ruth D. Starr of 38 years and survived by his devoted wife Gail A. Starr of 31 years, of Arlington, MA. He was the father of 7 children, Nancy, Barbara, Rolland C. Jr., Linda, Stephen, Candy and Pamela Joy. Also survived by 29 loving grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
Rolland was the faithful pastor of the Cornerstone Baptist Church of Belmont, MA. Unwavering in his preaching of the whole-counsel of God for 54 years.
Funeral and visitation will be held at the Cornerstone Baptist Church, 54 Brighten St. Belmont, MA on Monday, February 10, 2020. Visitation hours will be 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM with his service at 10:30 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Arlington immediately following his funeral service.
