To John, Matt, Daniel and Patty, I offer my sincere condolences . My fondest memory of your mom was getting a kick out of her surprise appearance at one of my rock band's club shows. I believe she just HAD to check it out to for herself. It makes me smile every time. She will always be with each and every one us.

Aunt Ruth was a very special lady to us. We have wonderful memories of our times spent in Boston with her and all the family, and also her numerous visits with Uncle John to her Scottish family. She will be sadly missed.

What a fine and complete life, what an optimistic and happy nature, what a person of care, good sense, and kindness --- saintly. May she be at peace with all who have been awaiting her. May we remember well. Aunt Ruth, thanks to God for you.

My wonderful aunt Ruth (my mother Madeline's sister) was (and is) a powerful influence in my life and I will miss her always. She took care of me and my brothers and sister when my mother was working and I am the better for it. To all my Granahan cousins I extend my most heartfelt regards and condolences on the passing of the last of "the Linden Girls" for whom I have nothing but the greatest of love.
