Theresa Lemire passed peacefully on May 22,2022 after a heroic 6- year battle with cancer. She was born in Lowell, MA and spent much of her life there, moving to Arlington for the last 10 years. She is survived by her sister Lillian Pearsall (currently residing in North Carolina) and husband John; her brothers Robert Lemire, and Ernest Lemire and his wife Patricia in Massachusetts. She also has two nephews, Jason Pearsall of North Carolina and Matthew Pearsall of Massachusetts. She has many cousins. Theresa was the long-time life partner of the late Stephen Minchello and is survived by his much loved daughter Olivia of Lowell. Theresa worked as a medical billing specialist in Lowell and as a clerk at the Theater Pharmacy in Lexington. Theresa loved to do crafts at home and in the past was a collector of dolls. She loved music, especially when performed by Olivia. She was also an animal lover. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation at the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut St., ARLINGTON on Monday June 13th, 2022 from 10-11 am. Followed by her funeral mass in Saint Agnes' Church at 11:30 am. Burial will follow in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Arlington. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Ins.
