Needless to say living in Arizona offered me limited opportunities to visit with Aunt Millie. However, I recall with gratitude when she visited her brother, George (my father) and Millie (my mother) in AZ. It was around the time that I was completing research for my dissertation. She volunteered and offered assistance in compiling, sorting, and organizing mounds of paperwork! She was a great assistant on that task. That's how I will remember her - busy, involved, helpful. I was glad to learn that her passing was peaceful and I send my condolences to Kennon, Patricia, Karen and their families. Closing this circle of life is not easy.
