Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Pearl M. Torresyap can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Pearl M.  Torresyap (Callender)
Pearl M. Torresyap, Beloved wife of Fortunato, passed away quietly at home on January 13, 2014. She will be missed by all. She was in love with life and always open to the next journey. She was a CNOR at the VA in Boston; past-president of Mass Chapter 1 of AORN; a long-time volunteer at the Museum of Science; a Girl Scout leader and world traveler. She is survived by her husband Fortunato, her daughters Joy Oakes, Gay Torresyap, and Fay Torresyap, and her son-in-laws John Oakes and John A. Schuyler. Mass will be held at St. Eulalia's Parish, 50 Ridge St. Winchester, MA 01890 on Saturday January 31st at 12:30pm. Repast after mass in the parish hall. Burial will be private. Donations in Pearl's memory may be made to the Museum ofScience, 1 Science Park Boston, MA 02114 (www.mos.org/individual-giving) or to the Girl Scouts of Eastern MA www.girlscoutseasternmass.org/donate. The family wishes people to know that donations in any amount are welcome. We would like to thank Adrienne's Home Care for their gentle and genuine care of Pearl.
