Obituary for Lawrence D. Prift

Lawrence D. Prift
PRIFT, Lawrence D., of Cambridge, died unexpectedly at his home. He was 71 years old. A lifelong resident of MA, born in 1943, Mr. Prift was raised in J.P. and later moved to the City of Cambridge, which he cherished. He was a graduate of Boston University, class of 1970 and was in the U.S. Navy Reserve for a short time. His interested were in photography and theatre & the arts. Open minded, an independent voter, he was much interested in local and national politics. Son of the late Nicholas and Pauline (Lazar) Prift. He is survived by a sister Diana Marie Prift, currently residing at Sherrill House in Jamaica Plain. All Services will be Private. Burial took place at Forest Hills Cemetery.
