A Man Like No Other

This was a MAN LIKE NO OTHER; he was a teacher, an innovator, a doer, but most of all he was an individual of SUPREME HONESTY. He lived SHAKESPEARE’S litany of challenges, and desperate measures with the following epitaph:

“To thine own self be true, and it must follow, as the night the day, thou canst not then be false to any man.”

William Shakespeare

Think, he lived it until the end. He gave to all regardless of race, age, gender, wealth, etc., and when others stepped away from the problem of developing an innovative way of helping his brother veterans, he and an groundbreaking team of two others stepped forward and did what they said was not possible, “The Computer Lab”. The team of THREE MARAUDERS’ Barry, Jimmy, and Paul completed the most admired and copied installation in the Veterans Affairs System, and they took it from concept to reality because of their raw tenacity, stubbornness, persistence, drive.

This Man, was a “Man’s Man” by all standards, and trusted by all. He changed all that he came in contact with.

His first and only love, however, was his family, and his bride Marsha, the children Barry Jr., Kristine, and Andrea. He was also not bashful to tell you that his most prized name was that of PAPA the “GRANDFATHER” of Daniel, Ryan Perry Jared and Alexa, and the “GREAT GRANDFATHER” of Jackson Perry.

I believe, I speak for many, that we are going to miss you Barry J. Dussault, Sr.

More than you can ever imagine!
