MATTHEWS, Ronald F.
Of Templeton, formerly of Cambridge. Passed away unexpectedly on October 22, 2017. Beloved son of the late Walter C. Matthews and Jessie G. (Rodway). Loving father of Kristin A. Matthews of Springfield, VA. Proud grandfather of Kayla S. Eleazer. Dear brother of Earl Jack & his wife Yvonne, Jessie Parris & her husband Dennis, Walter Matthews & his wife Kay, Robert Matthews & his wife Dawn, Roberta Lavalle & her husband Mark, Twin brother Richard Matthews & his wife Cheryl, and the late Harold Williams, the late Warren Jack survived by his wife Frances, the late Arlene Walshaw, & the late Alice Lawson.
Ronald is also survived by his former wife Phyllis Patch & many loving nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Ronnie was a general contractor who was also a perfectionist. He was building a home for his daughter & granddaughter. He loved to ride his Harley, sing karaoke, and was known to be the life of any party. He had an enormous heart and would do anything he could for anyone he knew. He spent many years caring for his mother and will now be laid to rest alongside of her. He will be dearly missed by his family.
