Bernard F. "Bernie" Moran
MORAN, Bernard F. "Bernie", of Somerville. Passed peacefully on July 21, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Carol Ann (Nugent) Moran. Loving father of Robert Moran and his wife Cheryl of Somerville, and Steven Moran of Salem. Devoted ‘Grampy’ of Nicholas, Daniel, Kasey and Steven. Also survived by many friends. Longtime member of the Assoc. of Notre Dame, French Club in Cambridge. Late Korean War Marine Corps Veteran. Visiting Hours will be held in the Keefe Funeral Home, 2175 Mass Avenue, NORTH CAMBRIDGE on Tuesday from 4-7pm. A Prayer Service will immediately follow at 7pm. Burial will take place in the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne. In lieu of flowers donations in Bernie’s memory may be made to the New England Center and Home for Veterans, 17 Court St, Boston, MA 02108.
