The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of John J. MacDonald can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Our deepest sympathy for your loss. Several of my staff and I have known Jack for many years. I was proud to have him represent our company on MBTA projects and keep our flag flying high. He was a real gentleman, professional and always with a contagious smile. We will miss him!!

A contribution was made in Jack's honor to Children's Hospital Trust to benefit Galactosemia Research.
