Dear Heiki and Dennis, I am shocked and very saddened to read of Joan's passing. I will always remember our lovely conversations, and I'm so glad to have visited Joan in Boston. She was an incredibly brave woman but she was also very special. I'm glad to have gotten to know her and I will not forget Joan and I will always treasure our time together for many years to come. She is at peace now. Rest in Peace, Joan.
