The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Leo D. Picardi can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Leo was a good friend of my late brother, Ed, who lived at the top of School Street (#99). His wife, Charlotte, still lives in FL. While I didn't know Leo very well, I did know that he was a man who saw the best in everyone he met. Leo was a loyal friend to all he came in contact with. I am sure he will be missed, not only by family, but also by his many friends, colleagues and neighbors. A good man!

Condolence: My sincere condolences on the passing of Leo. Not often does one meet a person who makes a profound impact that shapes your life forever. Leo was that man who saw something in me that provided me with the opportunities of a lifetime and I am forever grateful. He was my mentor and my friend and I will miss him always!
