Condolence From: Ted Bowser
Condolence: My memories of Mrs. Byrne are vivid, it’s almost as if I was living next door on Wachusett Ave just last week. As a neighbor and Jack’s friend I spent quite a bit of time with the Byrne’s. I was a precocious and somewhat obnoxious teenager. Mrs Byrne had a way of looking at me and truly listening to my lame attempts at wit or humor. She would smile, pat my shoulder and say, Oh Ted, in an gesture of support and affection. She always made me feel special. I realize now that her behavior had less to do with me and everything to do with her. She was that way with everyone, she was just a nice person. Her niceness was authentic, unpretentious, and without any self serving motive; it was just who she was and how she lived her life. While my condolences go out to the entire family as they come to grips with their loss, I would hope that they can take a moment to celebrate the fact that were blessed to have this wonderful woman in their lives. I know that in the short time she was in my life she had a significant impact.

Condolence: Pat,
I will miss seeing you at Kathy and Richards' house. I so enjoyed your warm sense of humor. I'll always remember 'Must be Santa' on Christmas Eve, and,the many laughs you and my mom shared. I love you always. Linda

Condolence: Pat Byrne. What a Gracious Lady. My memories of Pat are so fond. At AHS football, Baseball, UMASS and with AHS Hockey at the Boston Arena. So nice! She, along with Lucky Donnelly, Miriam Havern and Ruthie Barts would always be in the lobby, of The Boston Arena. Making friends with the guy at the hot dog stand as well as parents of other players from AHS and other teams. Always positive in her manner. It was so special to see her at the AHS Hockey Banquet. She would sit with Jack/June and Gerry and Ruth. I would bring her or Jack up to the podium to present "The John Byrne Award" for The Most Improved Player. So Special! A breed that will never be forgotten by me. Thanks for all the memories. Robert G. Bartholomew and Family
