Condolences

Condolence From: Eric Hurwitz
Condolence: I will always remember Mrs. Nasman as a kind, thoughtful and caring person. She was down-to-earth, polite and clearly committed to helping raise a great family. You didn't meet many families like the Nasmans -- solid, morally committed people with a consistency in their values, including goodness to others. I became a close friend of Gary at Arlington High School (he and wife Deb were also part of our wedding party when Joan and I married in 1997) and also knew Ron and Dale. What truly special people! When thinking of what made Arlington so special, the Nasman family always comes to the forefront of my mind. Mrs. Nasman was an integral part of that wonderful family, quietly leading by example to raise some very good, decent folks. I wish I knew Mrs. Nasman better, as Gary and I rarely met at each other's houses. It was usually biking or walking to the park in between our neighborhoods, or later driving around. This I do know, however, to be a fact, in my times visiting with the family: Mrs. Nasman was simply a great person. I wish there were more people like her in the world.
