I remember when I first met Bill, I was so impressed that he was a programmer who could write so well. I always had a soft spot for his tougher exterior and gentle interior. His intelligence and quick wit were always present. My strongest memory of Bill though was the way he looked at Fran. It is what love looks like. He always had it when he looked at Fran. My heart warmed whenever I saw him looking at Fran. I will always cherish my memory of that look.
