DAMES, Barbara Jean (Burnett) of Cambridge. October 19, 2014. Devoted mother of Michelle Denniston and Melanie Henry. Daughter of the late Dr. Nathan Lowe Burnett and Adelaide Waller Burnett. Sister of the late Cortlandt Grant Burnett, Peggy Seabourne, Nathan Burnett and Calvin Burnett. Grandmother of Kimberly Lynn Henry, Baron Takayuki Denniston, and Ashley Tameo Denniston. Aunt of Margaret Robledo, Natalie Niyah Burnett, Meghan Irizarry, Tanya Griffin and Lynn M. Singh. Sister in law of Beverly J. Burnett. Niece of the late Lee Smith. Funeral services will be held at the Keefe Funeral Home 2175 Massachusetts Avenue North Cambridge on Saturday with visitation from 10-11 am and a memorial service from 11-12 pm. Relatives and friends invited. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations in Barbara’s name can be made to the American Heart Fund, PO Box 417005, Boston, MA 02241.
