The pain of losing a loved one is indescribable. I would like to offer my deepest condolences to all the family and friends. May Matthew's memories always live and bring joy to your hearts. One of the things that has brought me great comfort are the words in Revelation 21:3,4: "With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: 'Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.'" God understands our pain, and longs to get rid of all death and suffering. That is why he has promised us with a hope to be able to see our dead loved ones again on a paradise earth. (Isaiah 25:8; Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29; Psalm 37:11,29)
